Researchers requiring a USA visa are requested to submit their research papers before April 26, so that upon acceptance, they can receive an invitation letter in time to complete their visa process | ||
The registration fee does not include accommodation of any kind. Participants are required to arrange their own stay. For convenience, a few nearby hotel options are listed below.
At least one of the authors of the paper has to register for the conference. It is mandatory to present the paper in the conference for the inclusion of the paper in the conference proceedings.
